Devon M. Sharpe
Devon M. Sharpe is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated cum laude in 2013 from Hanover College with a bachelor of arts degree in Economics. Devon graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December of 2015.
On May 11, 2016, he was admitted to practice law before the Indiana Supreme Court as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Prior to passing the Indiana State Bar exam, he clerked one summer at Jenner, Pattison, Hensley, & Wynn, LLP and one summer at Jenner, Pattison, Sutter, & Wynn, LLP (n/k/a Jenner, Pattison & Sharpe). Devon also clerked for the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council (IPAC), Marion County Superior Court – Judge Eisgruber and Judge Carroll, Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI) Athletics Department, and Pence Hensel LLC. He also served as the Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach at Hanover College.
Devon serves as Head Coach for the Boys and Girls Tennis programs at Madison Consolidated High School.
Devon serves as a Regional Director for German American Bank.
He is currently engaged in various civil and criminal cases, along with real estate transactions. He serves as attorney for the Plan Commission, Historic Board of Review, and Board of Zoning of Appeals for the City of Madison. He also serves as attorney for the Town of Hanover. And, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Venture Out Business Center (VOBC), Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County and the Community Foundation of Madison and Jefferson County.
