William Joseph Jenner joined Jenner, Auxier & Pattison, LLP in 2007. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in December, 2006. Joe entered IU School of Law after his graduation from Transylvania University in Lexington Kentucky. He is the third
generation of his family to graduate from IU School of Law. His grandfather, William Ezra Jenner, a former United States Senator, graduated from there in 1932. His father, William Edward Jenner, graduated in 1966 and Joe graduated in 2007.

While attending law school, Joe participated in moot court and interned with the Indiana Inspector General’s Office. Additionally, he spent the summer of 2004 working at Sommer & Barnard, P.C. in Indianapolis. Prior to passing the Indiana State Bar exam, he clerked two
summers at Jenner, Auxier & Pattison, LLP.

Joe was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2007 and became a partner in 2009. He has an extensive practice in various civil, criminal, and corporate cases. He currently serves as Madison City Attorney.

In addition to his law practice, Joe is a volunteer assistant varsity baseball coach for the Madison Cubs and serves on the Lide White Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors.

Devon M. Sharpe is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated cum laude in 2013 from Hanover College with a bachelor of arts degree in Economics.  Devon graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December of 2015.

On May 11, 2016, he was admitted to practice law before the Indiana Supreme Court as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Prior to passing the Indiana State Bar exam, he clerked one summer at Jenner, Pattison, Hensley, & Wynn, LLP (n/k/a Jenner, Pattison, Sutter, & Wynn, LLP) and one summer at Jenner, Pattison, Sutter, & Wynn, LLP.  Devon also clerked for the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council (IPAC), Marion County Superior Court – Judge Eisgruber and Judge Carroll, Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI) Athletics Department, and Pence Hensel LLC. He also served as the Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach at Hanover College.

He is currently engaged in various civil and criminal cases. He serves as attorney for the Plan Commission, Historic Board of Review, and Board of Zoning of Appeals for the City of Madison. He also serves as attorney for the Town of Hanover and the Jefferson County Board of Realtors. And, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Venture Out Business Center (VOBC).
